Mystic Flow of any stream is an American film released in 2003, starring Sean Penn, Tim Robbins, and Kevin Bacon. A film was written by Brian Helgeland (based on a novel by Dennis Lehane) and directed by Clint Eastwood.

A plot of the film revolves within ternary children world health organization were friends & grew higher together in Boston, Massachusetts named Jimmy, Dave, & Sean. Jemmy's (Sean Penn) 19 month old girl is murdered, while suspicious circumstances swirl around Dave. the crime is investigated by Sean, world health organization has get a policeman.
